Diddy has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a man during a 2022 party in New York City, according to a complaint filed in federal court. The plaintiff, who remains unidentified, alleges he was 39 at the time and was assaulted by Diddy after being drugged at the event. The complaint was obtained by People.
The plaintiff claims he became disoriented after consuming a drink at the party and later blacked out. When he regained consciousness, he alleges he was in a “dark bedroom with black walls” and found Diddy “on top of him, sodomizing him.” The man says he managed to fight off the music mogul and fled the scene.
This lawsuit is one of five filed on November 19 by attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents multiple clients alleging misconduct by Diddy. Another complaint includes accusations by a man who claims he was raped by Diddy in Miami in 2022. Additional allegations involve an 18-year-old woman who says she was drugged and assaulted in 2001 and a handwritten claim from an inmate alleging abuse as a minor in 2018.
Diddy’s legal team has denied all allegations. In response to earlier accusations, his attorneys described the claims as “meritless” and part of a “reckless media circus,” adding that Diddy “emphatically denies sexually abusing anyone.”
The lawsuits emerge as Diddy faces federal criminal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. His trial is set for May 2025.
