NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski have been named as defendants in an amended lawsuit alleging rape and sexual assault against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The explosive allegations, detailed in newly filed court documents, claim that Beckham and Druski were involved in a 2018 incident in which a woman, Ashley Parham, was allegedly raped at the direction of Combs.
New Defendants Named in Amended Lawsuit
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Parham alleges that Combs “instructed” another man—who has now been identified as Druski—to rape her at a friend’s home in Orinda, California, in March 2018. The lawsuit, originally filed in October 2024, accused Combs of orchestrating a violent assault on Parham as an act of revenge for comments she made about his alleged connection to the murder of Tupac Shakur.
The newly amended complaint, filed on March 7, 2025, expands on the allegations, specifically naming Druski and Beckham Jr. as individuals involved in the alleged assault.
Parham claims that rather than immediately assaulting her, Druski first doused her in oil or lubricant before jumping on top of her and “treating her like a slip and slide”, knocking the wind out of her in the process. She further alleges that Druski then sexually assaulted her while Combs sat nearby, recording the act and masturbating.
Additionally, Parham states that during the alleged rape, she heard other individuals in the room referring to a man named ‘Cornelius’—a name she found unique and memorable. After further investigation, she claims she has identified that person as Odell Beckham Jr., whose full name is Odell Cornelious Beckham Jr.
The lawsuit details that Parham became more and more limp throughout the assault, eventually losing control over her body. Once the alleged attack was over, Kristina Khorram, Combs’ chief of staff and another defendant in the lawsuit, reportedly entered the room to “examine” Parham’s condition as she lay motionless and barely able to move.

Beckham Jr. and Druski Respond to Allegations
Following the release of the amended complaint, Druski—whose real name is Drew Desbordes—vehemently denied the allegations, taking to social media to call them a “fabricated lie”.
“I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 – I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish,” the 30-year-old comedian stated. “My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
Shortly after, Beckham Jr., 32, also addressed the lawsuit, writing on X (formerly Twitter):
“Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I , I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. S–ts stupid.”
Both Beckham Jr. and Druski have yet to issue formal legal responses, and their representatives have not provided further comments regarding the lawsuit.

Background: The Initial Lawsuit Against Combs
Parham’s lawsuit originally targeted Combs, 55, alleging that he “gang-raped” her as revenge after she implied he was involved in Tupac Shakur’s 1996 murder. The suit alleges that the ordeal began when Parham met Shane Pearce, a friend of Combs, at a bar in February 2018. Pearce allegedly boasted about knowing Combs and even FaceTimed him during their conversation. However, when Parham was not impressed and made comments about Shakur’s murder, she claims that Combs warned her she would “pay” for those remarks.
The lawsuit further alleges that in March 2018, Pearce lured Parham to his Orinda home, claiming he needed help administering cancer medication. Once there, Combs allegedly arrived unexpectedly, told Parham that she had underestimated him, and threatened to carve a “Glasgow smile” into her face with a knife.
According to the lawsuit, Combs and his associates then forcibly undressed Parham, covered her in an unknown liquid, and attempted to insert an IUD to prevent pregnancy. When that failed, Combs allegedly sexually assaulted her with a TV remote before raping her anally. He then allegedly ordered two other men to rape her vaginally, one of whom Parham now claims was Beckham Jr.
After the alleged assault, Combs and his associates stepped outside for a smoke break, at which point Parham attempted to escape while holding a knife.
Legal Fallout and Combs’ Response
Parham is seeking $50 million in damages.
Combs has denied all allegations, dismissing them as false and opportunistic. His legal team has characterized the lawsuit as a “publicity stunt”, linking it to the ongoing wave of legal actions against the embattled mogul, including a high-profile lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
“These swirling allegations have created a hysterical media circus that, if left unchecked, will irreparably deprive Mr. Combs of a fair trial—if they haven’t already,” his attorneys stated.

What Happens Next?
With Beckham Jr. and Druski now formally named in the lawsuit, their legal teams will likely prepare responses in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, Combs’ legal battle continues to escalate, adding yet another chapter to the growing controversy surrounding the music mogul.
As the legal proceedings unfold, all eyes will be on the responses from Beckham Jr. and Druski, as well as any additional developments in the case against Combs.
