The “mess” was recorded by Peter Thompson, camp manager, in Maasai Mara National Park, Kenya. “After lunch, my wife Stacy and I drove to another camp. About 200 meters out of the camp, we saw a female leopard sleeping under some small shrubs. We stopped and watched the animal. Less than two minutes later, the jaguar awoke and began stalking a wild boar. When it approached the prey in a nearby bush, we thought it would all be over with the prey and weren’t going to see that finish ,” Thompson said.
The 29-year-old camp manager also said that he and his wife did not hear any noise at that time. Thompson immediately grabbed the camera and flashed it. The wild boar walked across the grass, unaware of the terrible thing that was about to happen.
